FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR YOUR USERS NAME?

NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR THE FORUM SITE ONLY, NOT THE PHOTO SECTION

1. If you are here, you must have signed out, forgotten your password and are now trying to get back in.
2. Click on the Forum Icon and you will be taken to the: Forgot Password area. Click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" This will take you to the: "Glendale Titanium RV Password Reminder." Here, you can enter either the email address that you registered with, or your user name. This is a case sensitive field.
3. Click on the "SEND" button. This will send an email to your in-box. Go to your in-box and you should receive an email that looks like this:

5. This displays your user name if you need it. Click on the highlighted URL. It will take you back to the: "Glendale Titanium RV Password Reminder."

   NOTE: Now there is also a “TEMPORARY PASSWORD” displayed in the top of the box. This TEMPORARY PASSWORD is case sensitive so copy it accurately.

6. Copy the Password to this sheet as you will need it if you want to change your password back, once you are in.

7. Type in your username and paste or type in your password and click login.
8. Now enter your user name, the system might enter a password for you, DELETE that hidden password and enter the "TEMPORARY" password in there, be accurate with the capitals.
9. In the field to the right you will see: "Log in for": Scroll down to “KEEPS” and highlight. Click on “LOGIN”. If you have Windows and IE7 you might get this message: "AUTO COMPLETE" and a question, - - - - - - Do you want to change the password stored in Windows to your new entry? Click on “YES”
10. If all went well you are now back on the Forum Home page.
11. If you want to change your password, click on PROFILE in the upper icon row.
12. In the upper right corner of your profile click on "MODIFY." Here you MUST enter the "TEMPORARY" password that you used to get back in with. Click "Enter," the First 2 spaces you will see are to enter a new password. Write it down. At the bottom of the page, click on "CHANGE PROFILE."
